We offer prevention, testing, and treatment  and referral programs for those diseases. 

Following WHO goals, we aim to help in the elimination of  Hepatitis C by 2030 

We detect, diagnose and stabilize mental health disorders in our population.  Once stable, we refer them to appropriate ressources and accompany them in this process. 

We offer diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions such as infections (eg.: skin, lungs), as well as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD and many more. We also offer palliative care for our patients.

We help our user navigate in our system which is often complex. Our role is not to substitute existing services but to help our patients regain trust in some establishment and accompany them to their different appointments until they become independent in doing it.

 Services include overdose prevention, infection prevention, opioid use disorder treatment, stabilization, recovery maintenance and referral

We offer mentorship and internship for medical student and residents from McGill. 

We offer mentorship to physician and nurses who wish to follow and treat patients with Hepatitis C or Substance use disorder in order to guide them if and when needed.
